SendSafely HALO has been named a finalist in the Best Secure Messaging Solution category of the 2026 SC Awards Trust Award, recognizing our end-to-end encrypted file exchange solution built for AI-powered customer service platforms.
Now in its 29th year, the SC Awards program is cybersecurity's most established recognition of excellence in information security. This year's cycle drew 497 submissions across 33 categories, each evaluated by an independent panel of 39 judges from the CyberRisk Collaborative community, representing sectors including financial services, healthcare, education, technology, and the public sector. Winners will be announced on March 24 at the SC Awards reception during RSA Conference 2026 in San Francisco.
Why HALO
AI customer service platforms in regulated industries are moving well beyond answering basic FAQs. Today, AI agents handle complex interactions that often require customers to share sensitive documents like government-issued IDs, financial statements, and medical records directly in the chat flow.
