Our library of Actions includes AWS CloudFormation templates for popular Anti-virus scanning platforms, compliance storage (archival), and DLP solutions, with more templates coming soon. Enterprise customers can leverage the pre-built Actions as-is or customize them to meet specific requirements.
AV Scanning
The Actions listed below can decrypt SendSafely packages and scan files for malicious content. Packages containing malicious content can be deleted and the appropriate stakeholders notified.
- CrowdStrike - This Action uses the CrowdStrike Falcon API.
- OPSWAT - This Action uses the OPSWAT Metadefender API.
- Sophos - This Action uses the SophosLabs Intelix API
Compliance Archiving
- S3 Export - This Action programmatically exports decrypted SendSafely package contents to a private S3 bucket for long-term storage. Many customers will use this Action to export package contents to a WORM bucket.
- Google Cloud Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - This Action uses the GCP DLP API to scan decrypted SendSafely package contents for sensitive material. Packages containing information in violation of your organization's DLP rules can then be blocked or otherwise handled accordingly, and the appropriate stakeholders notified.
Please note the above Actions require access to the contents of SendSafely packages, which means they are deployed in your own AWS environment and must be configured with a Trusted Browser Key (for packages owned by a specific user) or Portal Master Key (for all packages in your portal).
