When a customer uploads files:

  • Files are encrypted end-to-end before upload
  • SendSafely generates a secure package link
  • The secure link is inserted directly into the chat thread
  • Sensitive content never passes through Ada or downstream ticketing systems unencrypted

This creates a smooth, low-friction experience for customers while helping organizations maintain strong security controls around sensitive information.
