Our popular Zendesk Sidebar App now allows agents to preview video files in .mp4, .webm and .mov format in the Zendesk console. CX agents and support engineers alike will enjoy the streamlined process of viewing videos directly in Zendesk, without having to download the file first.
To preview a video file, agents can click on the file name within the SendSafely Sidebar App. The video is automatically rendered in a file viewer modal window. Files larger than 500 MB will not be previewed, and will be downloaded directly instead.
