We’re continuing to expand Preview All across the SendSafely platform, bringing a faster, more seamless way to view files in Workspaces. This latest release delivers the same streamlined preview experience you’ve seen in the web portal Send and Receive and Zendesk app into the collaborative file environment of Workspaces.
Preview All eliminates friction when viewing multiple files in a Workspace. You can now move through all files in a Workspace folder in a single, unified viewer.
- Open any previewable file type (image, pdf or movie) to automatically launch the previewer
- Navigate between files in the current folder using on-screen arrows or your keyboard
- Download non-previewable files directly from the previewer
This update makes it easy to review documents, images, and other supported file types without interruption, and aligns Workspaces with the rest of the SendSafely experience. From the web portal to Zendesk and now Workspaces, we’re making it easier to securely preview and review files, without slowing down your workflow.
